How supply works

S.02

A steel order has a fixed sequence. Ours is built to keep you informed at every stage — from the first inquiry to the bill of lading.

  1. STEP 01

    Inquiry

Send grade, sizes, quantity and destination port. A spec sheet or a short email is enough to start.

  2. STEP 02

    Offer in 24 h

You receive a firm offer: price on your incoterm, mill options, lead time and payment terms.

  3. STEP 03

    Contract & production

Proforma invoice, payment by T/T or L/C at sight. We place the mill order and send production updates.

  4. STEP 04

    Inspection & shipment

Pre-shipment inspection on request, full export documents, and cargo tracked all the way to your port.

Quality & documentation

S.03

Every lot we ship is traceable to its heat number. Before dispatch we review mill test certificates against the contract — chemical composition, mechanical properties and dimensional tolerances — so what arrives at your warehouse matches what you ordered.

For sensitive cargo, third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or a surveyor of your choice can be arranged at the mill or at the loading port, with the report issued in your company's name.

  • Mill Test Certificate — EN 10204 type 3.1
  • Certificate of Origin — CO / Form A on request
  • Commercial invoice & packing list
  • Bill of Lading — ocean / multimodal
  • Third-party inspection report — SGS / BV, on request
  • Additional certificates per destination requirements
